This 18 hole semi-private championship golf course opened in 1999 and has earned a 2005 4-star rating by Golf Digest as well as a top five semi-private Colorado course rating by Colorado Golf Magazine.

    World-renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson, Sr. designed Pelican Lakes with the Poudre River as the centerpiece. Golfers cross the winding river four times as they negotiate the 18 holes.

    With more than 300 surface acres of water surrounding the links and dozens of mature trees along the fairways, golfers will be challenged by this spectacular stadium-style championship course. Elevated tees and greens provide stunning views of the beautiful landscape and the lakes that divide the fairways from the surrounding residents.     Pelican Lakes sister, Pelican Falls opened in July 2006. Pelican Falls 9 hole championship golf course features dramatic elevation changes from several bluff side tee boxes, a series of spectacular waterfalls and streams, and an island green finish for hole number 9 created at the southern end of Lake Water Valley....the combined courses provide 27holes of exceptional play suitable for golfers of all abilities.
